DynaFluid 2000 mixing value combines the functions of temperature control, a reducing valve, and a heat exchanger into a compact, multi-purpose unit that automatically mixes steam and water proportionately in the mixing chamber and heats it to a selected temperature. The quiet and economical operation helps to eliminate the need for hot water storage.

In the absence of cold water or if cold water pressure is less than 1.0 bar, the mixing valve will automatically shut off the steam outlet to prevent any safety hazards. Water pressure range is from 1.0 bar to 10.0 bar and steam pressure is from 0.35 bar to a maximum of 10.0 bar. Assembled to high quality standards, the DynaFluid 2000 body is manufactured of high density cast bronze, and the springs and steam valve are 300 series stainless steel for corrosion and heat resistance. Steam valve seats are glass filled PTFE for high temperature resistance, positive seal, and long life.

This mixing valve is extremely versatile and can be used in a wide range of industries, including abattoirs, breweries, food production, processing plants, laundrettes, dairies, and chemical and pharmaceutical complexes.
