Colorful, mixed blend of red and green jalapeno peppers with orange habanero create a beautiful, eye-catching hot pepper medley that delivers moderate heat and hot-biting flavor. Cultivated in the sun-drenched fields of Mexico, a region renowned for producing the finest hot chiles, this bold mixture of uncooked, fresh, and firm peppers are chopped in 1/8" pieces for a polished, consistent appearance with uniform shapes throughout the blend.
The green chiles come in a variety of colors, ranging from dark to olive green. This complements the bright to dark red jalapenos and the habanero’s fiery orange hue. Packed in a combination of acid and salt to preserve integrity and color, peppers are color-sorted to eliminate undesired colors.
The pepper ratio is approximately 70% of both red and green jalapeno and 30% of orange habanero with a scattering of creamy to white seeds. The smooth heated green chiles and the fiery spice of habanero present a strong, hot biting flavor that pairs well with the tropical, fruity taste of the red jalapeno.
