Grown and harvested in Mexico, fresh and spicy green chile peppers are diced into 1/8" pieces to create uniform squares with a bright, polished look. Packed in a combination of acid and salt to preserve integrity and color, jalapenos are color-sorted to eliminate undesired colors.

Firm and crisp textures are maintained by never cooking the green chile pepper. Typical of a hot biting flavor, diced green jalapenos offer a moderate heat level with creamy to white seeds scattered throughout the mixture.
