Peppers are chopped in 1/8" pieces for a polished, consistent appearance with uniform shapes throughout the blend. Packed in a combination of acid and salt to preserve integrity and color, peppers are color-sorted to eliminate undesired colors.

Red chiles are a popular ingredient for cheeses, sauces, salsas, meats, and other food processing applications.
