Tri-enzyme detergent that is specially designed for the daily cleaning of microbrewery equipment. Works to remove organic residues encountered during the production of beer including vegetable fibers (hops and grains), starch, and caramelized sugars. Ideal for the cleaning of filter plates and tanks. Formulated without phosphorus to ensure a deep and safe cleaning of all installations. Teflon safe.
