FOAMit® 10-Gallon Foam Unit FI-10N-WH is a portable, air-powered device designed to convert pre-mix solutions into foam for easy cleaning and sanitizing applications.
With a capacity of 10 gallons (37.9 liters), this compact foamer features a comfortable grip handle and lightweight design, ensuring effortless maneuverability. Two 10" non-marking wheels make transport smooth and undemanding across different work sites.
Santoprene pump seals offer exceptional durability and long-lasting performance. With a low compression set, Santoprene retains its shape and sealing force even after extended use. This attribute results in highly reliable and consistent seals, significantly reducing the risk of leaks and enhancing overall equipment efficiency.
The hinged back plate allows for tool-free access to components, while the quick-change pump minimizes downtime during repairs, enhancing overall productivity.
The natural color tank allows for easy monitoring of chemical levels, providing clear visibility during use. Integrated hose wraps and a front-facing drain enhance functionality and organization. The lid is white in color.
The foam dispenser's integrated hose wraps keep the hose organized and protected, enhancing operational efficiency during use.
The suction line's inside diameter is 3/8" (9.5 mm), while the discharge line consists of a hose 20' long (6.1 meters) with an inside diameter of 1/2" (12.7 mm).
The discharge wand is a 7" (17.8 cm) stainless steel wand that features a zero tip and a ball valve.
Anti-kink hose protection prevents kinking to promote smoother operation, while the in-line strainer protects the pump from debris, providing consistent performance. The foaming unit also features a front-facing drain, which simplifies the draining process, making it more convenient to empty the unit after usage.
Output volume ranges from 15 to 30 gallons per minute (56.8 to 113.6 liters per minute), ensuring rapid application.
The system maintains a steady flow rate of 2 gallons per minute (7.6 liters per minute), which facilitates targeted dispensing.
It operates effectively within a liquid temperature range of 40 to 100°F (4.4 to 37.8°C).
Additionally, the system requires compressed air to operate within a pressure range of 40 to 80 psi (2.8 to 5.5 bar) and a flow rate of 5 to 10 CFM (141.6 to 283.2 liters per minute).
Chemical products used with this industrial foam tank and sprayer must be specially formulated for this application and compatible with the unit materials and pump seals.
