FOAMit Chemical Transfer Unit CTX2 is a two unit assembly for seamless chemical transfer in institutional, food and beverage, and manufacturing settings.
The air-operated diaphragm pump operates effectively under compressed air pressures of 20-80 psi (1.4-5.5 bar), with a flow requirement of 2 cfm (56.6 l/min).
It is capable of handling liquids within a temperature range of 40-100°F (4.4-37.8°C), suitable for a variety of applications.
The high flow rate enables the transfer of solutions swiftly at a rate of up to 3.5 gallons per minute (13.2 l/min), enhancing productivity.
The compact design of the wall mounted chemical dispenser features a small footprint that allows for efficient use of wall space while delivering dependable chemical transfer capabilities.
It is further equipped with chemically-resistant PVC hoses, a weighted suction line with filter and check valve, and an air regulator with filter for longevity and safety.
The suction line is an 8' (2.4 m) clear braid hose with a 1/2" (12.7 mm) inside diameter. The discharge line is also an 8' (2.4 m) clear braid hose with the same 1/2" (12.7 mm) inside diameter.
The discharge wand is equipped with a polypropylene fill gun for efficient dispensing.
