Wizard electric-powered food grade drum openers prevent contamination of food ingredients. These drum deheaders are USDA approved. Round cutter wheel flattens the cut edge against the drum side leaving a burr-free chime.
Dirt, scale, and other debris associated with lid removal falls away from the drum, further reducing the possibility of product contamination. Your operators will appreciate all these safety features:
• No sharp edges or jagged projections to cut hands and tear clothing.
• Electrical swivel connectors prevent the power cord from twisting and tangling as the deheader propels itself around the drum.
• Drum head lifter, included with your drum opener, provides leverage to safely lift lids away from the drum.
