Green Waxed Polyester Strapping (PET)

Highly sustainable polyester strapping creates high-performance bundling and banding tools for medium to heavy-duty loads that may settle, expand, or contract during shipping. Often used for packaging applications that require high-tension and less elongation, polyester strapping is made from woven synthetic fibers that allow package strapping to be more rigid, durable, and strong. Manufactured with a proprietary process, the strap thickness reduces splitting for super retained tension and yields high-break strengths making it ideal for various packaging applications. Stronger than other plastic strapping materials and durability close to that of steel, PET strapping is approximately 80% lighter than a steel strap without sharp edges and can absorb impacts without breaking. Constructed from recycled materials, polyester strapping enables larger strap coils to help reduce material waste and can be recycled many times. Green in color, bundling strap is easy to identify and features a smooth, waxed finish. Non-corrosive to protect surfaces. Waxed for most friction weld applications. Machine grade.
