GT300R Bimetal Thermometer, 9" Stem

A durable thermometer for ideal use in the food and dairy industries. Designed to withstand tough treatment and difficult environments, yet provide superb accuracy and reliability. Constructed of sanitary type 304 stainless steel and an acrylic lens. Accurate, bimetal element eliminates the hazards associated with mercury filled thermometers. Features an external recalibration device, making it easy to maintain accurate readings to ±1% of scale. The threaded 1/2" NPT connection with .25" diameter stem fits standard wells. For greatest accuracy, stem should be inserted at least 2" into liquids. Stem length is measured from tip of stem to top of thread.
