Easily monitor the effectiveness of your steam sterilizer by verifying the sterility of your instruments, vials, media, liquid cycles, and other products in less time than it takes to send samples to an outside lab. Run a B/T Sure Biological Indicator through a standard sterilization cycle, compress the plastic vial to break the glass ampule, then incubate for 48 hours. Obvious color change from purple to yellow indicates an ineffective sterilation process. Data meets FDA criteria after 48 hours incubation.
