
High-Performance Semi-Waxed Patty Paper with Side Notches

Semi-waxed patty paper is a type of parchment paper with a slightly waxy coating on both sides for use in food preparation, particularly in the meat industry. This coating provides an extra barrier against moisture and grease, making it ideal for separating meat patties, cheese slices, and other food items. Constructed with a combination of wood pulp and vegetable fibers, the patty papers feature 3/8" half-circle side notches on each side of the sheet to provide an easier way to separate the paper from the meat patties. This design allows for a quick grab at the edges of the paper and lifting it without touching the meat. High-performance patty paper is ideal for keeping food products from sticking together, paper freezing to the meat product, or leaving behind paper residue on food. Convenient and easy to handle, patty papers provide optimal durability and help reduce juices and greases from leaking through. The coating is 100% fully refined paraffin wax.
