HydriShield PA 15 HP PAA Sanitizer

HydriShield PA 15 HP PAA Sanitizer is an aqueous mixture of peroxyacetic acid (PAA) and hydrogen peroxide that is highly effective against harmful microbes (including spores) and pathogens. As an antimicrobial agent in various food contact applications, the powerful formula of HydriShield PA 15 HP protects against a wide range of germs and bacteria that may cause illness and contamination. With a relatively high level of hydrogen peroxide, the peracetic acid sanitizer works to boost performance and may be more desirable for specific applications, such as red meat applications. HydriShield PA 15 HP may be used in various food processing water and applications, including poultry, meat, fruits and vegetables, fish, seafood, shell egg washing, and tempering of grains.
