Hygiena™ GlutenTox® Pro Allergen Test Kit, Gluten, 25/Kit

This gluten detection kit is specifically designed for use in commercial kitchens and by food manufacturers. It is user-friendly and contains the G12 antibody, which specifically targets the 33-mer peptide— the gluten fraction that triggers reactions in individuals with celiac disease. The test is capable of detecting gluten from wheat, barley, rye, and some rare varieties of oats. It offers adjustable sensitivity options at 5, 10, 20, and 40 ppm of gluten. Results are available in under 20 minutes, and no special equipment is required. Additionally, this test is AOAC PTM certified for various food matrices and surfaces.
