Inductive Conductivity Sensor Kit - IFM LDL201 Standard Sensor with 2" Tri-Clamp Adapter & 10m Connector Cable

The LDL201 Inductive Conductivity Sensor Kit combines a sensor, adapter, and cable to deliver a comprehensive solution for precise conductivity measurements across various industrial applications.
The IFM Efector LDL201 Inductive sensor is the core component. It is designed to measure a liquid's electrical conductivity. It's often used in industrial settings to monitor processes like cleaning-in-place (CIP) cycles or to detect leaks in equipment like heat exchangers.
The process sensor features an IO-Link interface for easy integration. It offers a scalable analog output of 4-20 mA and can measure conductivity levels ranging from 100 to 1000000 µS/cm.
Suitable for use with media such as water, milk, and CIP liquids, it maintains a medium temperature range of -25 to 100 °C, with short-duration exposure up to 150 °C.
It operates within an input voltage range of 18 to 30 V DC and boasts an IP68 protection rating, which ensures functionality under conditions such as 3 meters of water depth for up to 7 days. It also has an IP69K rating for high-pressure and high-temperature washdown.
The 2" Tri-clamp adapter allows the sensor to be easily connected to pipes with a tri-clamp fitting, a common type of connection in the food and beverage industry.
The 10 m stainless steel connector cable provides a durable and hygienic connection between the sensor and the control system, allowing for flexible installation.
The LDL201 inductive conductivity sensor includes Approval EC1935-2004 and meets further requirements and standards for FDA, CE, FCM, 3-A, cULus, EHEDG, and UKCA.
Protection IP 68 and IP 69K.
