Product Details

IFM's LDL201 Inductive Conductivity Sensor provides a reliable and precise solution for measuring conductivity across a range of industrial applications, effectively minimizing inaccuracies commonly linked to time-based cleaning processes.

The sensor is designed to measure a liquid's electrical conductivity and is often used in industrial settings to monitor processes like cleaning-in-place (CIP) cycles or to detect leaks in equipment like heat exchangers.

Equipped with a single analog output, this device delivers its measurement data as a continuous electrical signal. This design is inherently robust against electrical noise and allows for reliable data transmission over long cable runs.

The industrial process sensor features an IO-Link interface for easy integration. It offers a scalable analog output of 4-20 mA and can measure conductivity levels ranging from 100 to 1000000 µS/cm.

Suitable for use with media such as water, milk, and CIP liquids, it maintains a medium temperature range of -25 to 100 °C, with short-duration exposure up to 150 °C.

It operates within an input voltage range of 18 to 30 VDC and boasts an IP68 protection rating, which ensures functionality under conditions such as 3 meters of water depth for up to 7 days. It also has an IP69K rating for high-pressure and high-temperature washdown.

The LDL201 liquid conductivity sensor is specifically designed for hygienic applications, making it ideal for the stringent demands of the food and beverage, dairy, and pharmaceutical industries.

Approval EC1935-2004 and meets further requirements and standards for FDA, CE, FCM, 3-A, cULus, EHEDG, and UKCA.

Protection IP 68 and IP 69K.
