IPG® 7100 hand length hot melt tape is commonly used with hand held dispensers for packaging and sealing applications. Strong and durable biaxially-oriented polypropylene film (BOPP) is carton sealing tape manufactured with pressure-sensitive hot melt adhesive. Hot melt tape is known for excellent holding power, especially when used on corrugated boxes and other challenging surfaces. With resistance to aging, moisture, and temperature changes, 7100 hot melt features superior adhesion properties, holding force, tensile strength, and easy unwinding for consistent, reliable seals. It is used for medium-weight, food packaging and processing applications, box sealing, package repair, and bundling applications at room temperature. Complies with the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, CFR Title 21, Subpart B, Par. 175.105.
