Product Details
Kshrase KMS Powdered Microbial Enzymes is a standardized natural flavor-producing enzyme derived from Kosher microbial sources and pregastric bovine tissues. The powdered lipase preparation produces a vibrant, goaty "piccante" flavor profile in Italian-type cheeses and other dairy-based products. Adding microbial enzymes accelerates ripening and flavor development of many cheese types, including provolone and cheddar. Product color ranges from light brown to deep brown. Kshrase KMS contains sodium chloride and crude enzyme powder containing whey protein and lactose compound ingredients. Kshrase KMS does not contain animal tissue.
