Magrabar® 3001 Organic Defoamer, Liquid - Kosher & Halal, Non-GMO

Magrabar 3001 organic defoamer is a highly effective anti-foaming agent for persistent foam control that improves final product quality and production efficiency.

QAI certified the defoaming agent as made with organic soybean oil. It is formulated with certified organic wax, certified organic vegetable oil, emulsifiers, and silicon dioxide. This unique liquid foam suppressor contains more than 70% organic material and is particularly well-suited for defoaming soy-derived products such as soy milk and tofu.

This superior defoamer is effective in carbohydrate and protein process streams. The recommended starting dosage in the foaming media is 50-100 ppm, which can be adjusted as necessary to achieve maximum efficiency.

Suitable application uses include vegetable washing, potato processing, and dairy processes such as manufacturing cheese and yogurt. Silicone free, vegetable oil based, and 100% antifoam active.
