The 100% active formula is well-suited for fermentations that produce edible gums, enzymes, alcohol, monosodium glutamate, and citric acid. 

This specialized food industry defoamer uses a unique blend of polyalkylene glycol (PAG), which quickly penetrates and breaks down foam structures.

Polyalkylene glycol is an effective base for many defoamers due to its unique properties.Thanks to its low surface tension, the food additive easily penetrates foam structures, breaking bubbles and rapidly reducing foam.
