The MAS-100 NT Ex air sampler offers explosion protection according to the ATEX product directive 2014/34/EU (ATEX 114). This air sampler is specifically designed for use in cleanroom class 5, in accordance with ISO 14644-1 (GMP Grade A) without air outlet filter. Developed according to GAMP 5, fully validated according to ISO 14698 and EN 17141. It is an essential tool for microbiological air monitoring, as the presence of microbial contaminants can directly affect product quality and shelf life. The device ensures an airflow accuracy of ±2.5% and includes an automatic calibration function. The unit also features an integrated sequential sampling mode (SQS) to divide a sample into partial volumes for statistical collection over a longer period of time. The rechargeable battery provides up to 2 hours of use.

This device is built using high-quality components and emits low levels of particles, ensuring minimal contamination in clean environments. It provides excellent collection efficiency while maintaining a compact design and can be easily configured through a web browser. The sealed membrane keypad, smooth surfaces made of anodized aluminum or technical polymer, and the EasyClean plate holder for agar plates facilitate easy cleaning and disinfection.

The perforated lids are both autoclavable and interchangeable between instruments. Additionally, the air sampler is compatible with various agar plates, including ready-to-use 90 mm standard plates, 55 mm contact plates, or Growth Direct® plates, which are sold separately.
