The heavy-duty chain features a 9" zinc-plated steel chain with an attached holder. It is used for connecting the padlock collar to keep padlocks close to equipment in lockout tagout (LOTO) applications. It is compatible with all Master Lock shackle collars, which are sold separately. 12/bag.
