A lockout device surrounds the valve operating handle to prevent its use and protect against accidental valve opening. Its unique, patented design allows for both outward and inward rotation, making installation easier in confined spaces. Made from durable and lightweight dielectric thermoplastic, this device can withstand harsh conditions and chemicals.

Each device in the set rotates into itself and nests within the next larger size, which helps to save space in safety toolboxes.
