A highly smooth, hydrophobic interior surface keeps liquid from clinging to the tip wall, holding accuracy and repeatability steady across repeated draws. Molding from 100% virgin polypropylene in a precision molding facility supports that surface quality. Tips are DNase-, RNase-, and pyrogen-free. Inner radial rings grip the pipette cone for an airtight fit, reducing the chance of a loose seal or a tip working free mid-transfer. That fit carries across pipettes from Eppendorf, Gilson, Rainin, and other common brands, so a lab running mixed instruments can standardize on one tip.

Blue coloring follows the common convention for the 1000 µL size, allowing a tech to identify the correct rack at a glance. Autoclavable at 121°C and 15 psi for 30 minutes.
