Neogen® Enrichment Filtered Pouch with Buffered Peptone Water ISO

This enrichment media is used for recovering microorganisms from food and environmental samples. It comes pre-measured with 22 mL of Buffered Peptone Water included. To use it, place the piece on one side of the filter, homogenize to mix, incubate, and then pipet out the other side of the filtered sample. The filter is designed to allow the flow of microorganisms but not large food particles. This solution conforms to the specified formulation of ISO 6570 and has been released in accordance with the ISO 11133:2014 Standard Methods.
