Oterra AT-130-W Premium Water-Soluble Annatto & Turmeric Blend, a natural food colorant derived from high-quality annatto extract (Bixa orellana L.) and turmeric oleoresin (Curcuma longa L.).

The natural dye liquid blend offers a rich reddish-brown hue, perfect for enhancing the product's visual appeals. It is capable of producing shades from light yellow to deep orange, enabling flexibility in food coloring depending on food and beverage applications and processing methods.

Annatto is sourced from the seeds of the achiote tree, native to South America and Africa. It has been utilized for centuries to flavor and color savory dishes, enhancing both taste and visual presentation.

Turmeric, a member of the ginger family, is renowned for its numerous health benefits and is commonly used as a spice and dye. Curcumin, its key pigment, contributes to both its color properties and potential health benefits.
