The uprights and sturdy steel base plate are made from 14 gauge steel to provide a solid foundation for the reel, keeping it stable as the hose winds or unwinds. The guide arm is made from 13-gauge steel, and the spool is constructed from 16-gauge steel. A powder coating on all steel components not only offers a sleek finish but also maximum protection against corrosion, prolonging the reel's lifespan.

The swivel is cleverly integrated within the spool to shield it from damage and environmental factors. The unique bent tube swivel design facilitates a seamless hose transition onto the spool, while the adjustable guide arm offers two convenient position settings.

Included with the reel is a low-pressure 1/2" x 50' PVC hose, designed specifically for air or water applications. The hose's connection through the base significantly reduces the stress on the swivel, contributing to the product's longevity and efficiency.
