This high-quality injection quill features a robust 1/2" valve crafted from durable 316L stainless steel, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh environments.

Offering superior safety and dependable operation, the retractable quill features a locking ball valve and a corrosion-resistant safety chain for increased security during use. This quill delivers reliable performance with a low 5 psi cracking pressure and a robust 150 psi pressure rating, making it suitable for various conditions.

The retractable design allows for swift quill extraction without depressurizing, enhancing operational safety and efficiency.

The injection quill features a valve length of 5.8", an installed length of 10.9", and has a solution tube outer diameter of 0.54" with an inner diameter of 0.36".

Included is a compression gland with a Viton®/FKM O-ring for reliable sealing, featuring a female NPT connection type with an optional integrated check valve for added versatility. It is designed with a rotating stainless steel chain connection flange to facilitate installation.
