San-I-King No. 451 Chlorine Sanitizer is a concentrated sanitizer for disinfecting food contact surfaces in production facilities.
Containing 12.5% sodium hypochlorite by weight, San-I-King No. 451 is specifically developed to kill a wide range of microorganisms including bacteria, viruses, and fungi.
Effective as a CIP additive to remove protein soils, this powerful chlorine sanitizer is an also excellent for spray or immersion practices.
Solution is approved by the EPA for multiple applications including water treatment, egg sanitizing, and fruit and vegetable washing.
Non-phosphated solution reduces effluent phosphorous levels to further ensure safety and health of the public and environment.
