The sanitary pressure gauge is constructed from stainless steel and features a durable polycarbonate lens, making it suitable for harsh environments. It is glycerin-filled to protect the gear mechanism from wear and to extend its lifespan. The Clean-In-Place (CIP) design allows for cleaning in place, providing convenience and reducing the risk of damage from mishandling. Additionally, the recessed diaphragm offers extra protection against physical abuse. To insulate the gauge movement from severe pulsations that can shorten the life of a standard pressure gauge, the Sani-Flow gauge is equipped with a unique pulsation-dampening system.

Process temperature range of 10° to 250°F (-12° to 121°C) with ambient operating limits of 25° to  160°F (-4° to 71°C). Over-range capability of 30%. Repeatability and linearity of ±0.5% of full scale. Accuracy rating of ±1.5% of full range.
