Sani-Safe knives offer the weight and balance of wood handled knives with the sanitary advantage of polypropylene. Stain-free, high-carbon stainless steel blades are hand-ground and hand-honed for the sharpest, longest lasting edge.

High-impact "Grip-tex" surface is more slip resistant than other types of handles. For extra safety, most models have extra-large molded guards. These handles are also sanitary. Bacteria, acid, moisture, fats, and grease can't penetrate the white, formed, polypropylene handle.
