Monitor sediment each time you load or unload a tanker. Uses the preferred construction of paper gasket with cloth filter media. (483-2130 is a nylon mesh filter bonded to a plastic disc). It retains sediment even when dry and clamps firmly in place without slipping. Gives a positive quality check for foreign material in incoming milk. Augments laboratory sediment testing. Protects pumps and equipment downstream. Use 1-1/2" or 2" between farm tank and bulk truck at pickup site. Use 2" or 3" between bulk truck and silo while unloading in receiving bay at plant.
