Scharer Rapid Phosphatase Buffer Control Tablets

This test determines presence of an interfering substance in dairy products which would give a blue color (false positive) in he absence of Phosphatase activity. Makes sufficient solution for 10 control tests. Dissolve one tablet in 50 mL water for buffer control solution.
