Seward Stomacher® 3500 Jumbo Lab Blender

Large sample capacity and gentle paddle action are ideal for blending a wide range of powders and other food products. Features three time settings plus a continuous cycle.

Widely used in the food industry, these blenders provide a rapid, clean, safe way to blend samples. Simply place sample in disposable, sterile polyethylene bag, insert in machine, and close door. Reciprocating paddles pound the sample.

Why use a Stomacher?
• Clean. Samples are blended in disposable plastic bags. They never touch the instrument.
• Safe. There are no aerosol leaks. The bag containing the sample is tightly clamped in the instrument to prevent aerosol release associated with that of other types of blenders.
• Timesaving. The Stomacher process is rapid. No need to sterilize blender cups and blades. Simply discard the bags after use. Most samples can be blended in 30 to 60 seconds. Bacteriological samples of meats, pastry, or dairy products are ready within 1 to 2 minutes.

Restyled for convenience and easy maintenance, stomachers now feature microprocessor controls. Three preset speeds plus timer or continuous operation improve laboratory efficiency.

Sturdy cast aluminum alloy exterior is finished with glossy enamel. Motor noise and vibration is dampened by steel housing.
