Sparta® Paddle Scraper

Perform double-duty as spatulas for virtually every type of dairy and food processing operation. Each scraper is light, easy to handle, and absolutely sanitary. Even with hard use they won't scratch, leave black marks, or get dull. All models rinse clean and remain odor free. They are fully accepted by sanitation and health authorities. Most models feature a semi-rigid nylon blade for superior scraping action. But we also stock a model with a soft polyethylene blade that conforms to irregular surfaces. Blades are interchangeable. Replacement handles (female thread) and blades (male thread) are available.
