Special Additive No. 554 for Water Conditioning

Formulated with powerful chelators, Special Additive No. 554 works to control scale formulation in caustic solutions. Chelating agents help prevent precipitation of calcium and magnesium salts that are present in hard water. Designed as low-foaming and biodegradable, this superior enzyme cleaner is approved for use in all food plants including meat, poultry, egg, and dairy. Clear to light brown in color, Special Additive No. 554 can be added to caustic solutions to boost detergency and rinsing in hard water. Use for tank cleaning as well as for vats, CIP lines, and truck cleaning. Also use for evaporator and HTST cleaning. Excellent CIP additive to caustic solutions.
