Steel & O'BrienĀ® BBZQ High-Pressure Valve, DN25-DN40, EPDM Seals, PTFE Shaft, 150 Bar, 3-A Certified

BBZQ High-Pressure Valve is a breakthrough in hygiene and performance within the health-hygiene sectors.
The sanitary valve is designed to handle pressures up to 150 bar, making it ideal for demanding processes such as high-pressure homogenization and membrane filtration.
The product has a temperature range with a maximum of 140°C (284°F) and a minimum of -10°C (14°F), features a surface finish of RA 0.8 µ, and includes a steam barrier connection of 1/8ā (BSP).
The valve excels in handling high and very high viscosity products, making it suitable for membrane systems, ultra-high temperature (UHT) systems, and high-pressure homogenizers.
Engineered from AISI 316L stainless steel, this valve body is formed from solid bars, enhancing robustness and sturdiness in all applications where maximum reliability is required for cutting off and directing a fluid or product.
Featuring EPDM seals and a PTFE (TeflonĀ®) shaft, this single seat valve fitting confirms superior chemical resistance, low friction properties, and hygienic performance essential for food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.
This innovative design allows for easy conversion into an aseptic valve with the addition of a steam barrier (available in the BBYQ model), maintaining the same dimensions for seamless integration.
As the only valve on the market that assures 3-A Certified standards, the BBZQ ensures that stringent hygienic design criteria are met, minimizing contamination risks in critical applications.
