BBZQ High-Pressure Valve is a breakthrough in hygiene and performance within the health-hygiene sectors.
The sanitary valve is designed to handle pressures up to 150 bar, making it ideal for demanding processes such as high-pressure homogenization and membrane filtration.
The product has a temperature range with a maximum of 140°C (284°F) and a minimum of -10°C (14°F), features a surface finish of RA 0.8 µ, and includes a steam barrier connection of 1/8” (BSP).
The valve excels in handling high and very high viscosity products, making it suitable for membrane systems, ultra-high temperature (UHT) systems, and high-pressure homogenizers.
Engineered from AISI 316L stainless steel, this valve body is formed from solid bars, enhancing robustness and sturdiness in all applications where maximum reliability is required for cutting off and directing a fluid or product.
