STOPOUT® Tag 'n Hang Lockout Hasp

Bright safety red and contrasting black hasp has an unmistakable stop-shaped octagon front panel shield - and contains a visible lockout tag within it that is changeable.

The compact hasp body fits in the palm of the hand, holds a specially designed lockout tag (sold separately) and secures with a padlock (sold separately). Hasp is molded in lightweight, durable, all dielectric plastic.

Insert the open end of the loop to lockout the device. The hasp hangs by the 1-3/8" x 2-3/4" closed oval loop. Fill out the specially designed lockout tab tag and insert the top hole over the octagon-shaped tab inside the hasp. Close down the 2-1/4" octagon panel to hold the tag in place. The important lockout message and sign off information will stay visible. Slip the open loop end into the open side of the hasp and brace in place securely by up to three padlocks (sold separately).
