STOPOUT® Universal Blockout Wall Switch Lockout Device

Dual use lockout device works on both toggle and rocker/paddle switches, by preventing the accidental switch of the circuit, use the existing screw plate screws to attach the lockout device to fully enclose the entire switch in the desired position. Simply fold down the door which is supported by a living hinge to block access to the screws and lock out access, thus preventing removal of the device. Secure with standard padlock (sold separately). 4-1/2" H x 1-5/8"W x 7/8"D Lockout is uniquely designed to remove the opportunity for error by only allowing the device to be applied in the direction of the desired lock out position - on or off.
