Sustain No. 464 Peroxyacetic Acid Sanitizer is a no-rinse acid sanitizer used in the dairy, food, and beverage processing industry. Primarily used on stainless steel and plastic materials, Sustain No. 464 is designed for CIP and COP pipeline, tank, and equipment cleaning. Non-foaming with a vinegar odor, this is an equilibrium mixture of various sanitizing ingredients create a powerful formula that exhibits bactericidal activity against a range of microorganisms in both cold or warm water. Containing peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid, nitric acid, proprietary ingredients, and water, Sustain No. 464 will prevent formation of milkstone, beerstone, and lime scale deposits when regularly used at proper concentrations. Clear, colorless liquid is non-foaming and ultimately degrades to nitrogen, oxygen, water, and carbon dioxide in the effluent system. The presence of peroxygen chemistry does not leave residues when decomposed into water. Non-phosphate formula. Not suitable for use on aluminum or other soft metals.
