Syringe for Safe-Septum Aseptic Transfer System

This unique system can be installed on processing tanks or vats to allow aseptic transfer of cultures or viscous materials. This will accommodate inoculation, sampling, fortifying, blending, and the aseptic introduction of nutrients, enzymes, flavors, etc. The system is compatible with sterilization temperatures, and works on the same principle as the aseptic sampling system. A sterile syringe and needle are used to draw up ingredients. The needle is then inserted into one of 12 injection ports in the specially designed membrane. Larger channels accommodate heavy gauge needles required for viscous liquids. Mount insulated or non-insulated tank fittings to house injection port membrane. Complete instructions included.
