Testo 105 Food Probe Thermometer -4°-122°F

It is designed for measuring the temperature of frozen and non-frozen food. It comes with a standard tip for non-frozen, semi-solid media, like meat, cheese, and jellies. An optional 7.8" long tip for frozen food is available and must be ordered separately (Nelson-Jameson item number 6593053). The thermometer is waterproof.
