This universally applicable process-controlled instrument is ideal for measuring operations in which high accuracy is imperative or the possibility of online documentation via PC is desired. This handheld PT100 platinum high precision digital thermometer meets the specifications in the Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) Pasteurization Equipment and Controls, Digital Test Thermometers.
