Three-way Koltek Shutter Valve

Advanced design makes this one of the most economical and reliable valves for the food and dairy industry. Koltek two-way and three-way valves are easy to maintain and service, even when welded directly into a pipeline. Features include:
• Minimal flow resistance—about half the resistance of comparable valves; which can reduce pump requirements.
• Total drainability when installed with one port mounted in the vertical (down) position.
• Weld directly into pipelines without affecting ease of maintenance and service.
• Convert from manual to automatic—simply and easily—with wide choice of air actuators.
Clamp connections, 316SS valve body, Teflon shutters and EPDM elastomers. Maximum pressure ratings: 44 psi against the shutter and 145 psi behind the shutter. Maximum recommended temperature: 230°F. USDA accepted. Options: Sizes from fractional to 6"; bevel seat or weld connections; Buna or Viton elastomers; six different air actuators.
