Provides elevated visibility to temporarily mark and delineate around hazard areas. Bright Fluorescent orange with 4-4"W reflective bands for improved daytime, low light and nighttime visibility. Made of high molded polyethylene plastic with UV stabilizers. Flared bottom fits securely into weighted rubber case. Can withstand impact and weather conditions. Meets Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) NCHRP-350.
