TRIO.BAS™ VERIGAS Microbial Compressed Air/Gas Sampler, 1 Each
This system performs two key functions using a single instrument: it conducts a compressed gas test and checks the precision level of flow rate at regular intervals. The versatile system operates by measuring the variations in pressure generated by an air sampler as air is drawn through a bell-shaped aspirating chamber attached to the sampler's head. A differential pressure sensor detects these variations and compares them to reference values.
The system is designed to test for the presence of microorganisms in compressed air or gas and to verify that the calibrated airflow rate is within the specified limits. It is suitable for testing both compressed air and nitrogen, and the unit is fully autoclavable.
Compatible with 100 liter/minute air sampling instruments, including TRIO.BAS, AIRBIO, and MULTIFLEX models. Includes (1) digital control unit, (1) stainless steel bell chamber for EASYGAS gas testing (80 mm Dia x 200 mm), (1) technopolymer bell chamber for VERITEST calibration specification check (100 mm Dia x 110 mm), (1) connection tube, and (1) carrying case. Compliant according to ISO standard 8573-7 and ISO standard 14698-1.
