These scrapers are made from FDA-compliant polypropylene resin, which can be easily identified by standard metal detection equipment. The strong, seamless construction ensures there are no areas to harbor bacteria. The handle features a thumb hole for stronger grip. Works well for pans, vats, tables, or counter tops. Working temperature range: -22°F to 176°F (-30°C to 80°C).
