Ideal for loosening stubborn deposits like bakery debris, hardened chocolate, or burnt on food on smooth surfaces. The nylon blade is a good alternative to a stainless steel blade and can be used on sensitive surfaces to avoid scratches on equipment and conveyor belts. This hard blade scraper can withstand hot surfaces, up to 347°F, when used for a maximum of two minutes. Mounting on a Euro-thread handle greatly extends the user’s reach.
