This wall-mounted, air-powered unit draws from concentrated products and delivers a reliable dilution ratio range of 14:1 to 320:1, making it ideal for various cleaning and sanitizing tasks.

The foam wall unit unit is equipped with Viton seals, ensuring compatibility with a broad array of chemical products while maintaining durability. Viton maintains its shape and sealing effectiveness over time, even under demanding conditions, and can safely handle a variety of cleaning and sanitizing solutions without degrading, due to its broad chemical compatibility and high-temperature resistance.

Its stainless steel ball valve and wand enhance both longevity and performance, while stainless steel fluid fittings contribute to a robust design that withstands rigorous use.

Designed for user convenience, the air-powered foam unit offers hassle-free maintenance with its quick-change pump and easily accessible components. Reduced downtime during repairs enhances overall productivity.

Operating at a flow rate of 2 gallons per minute, it requires a compressed air supply of 40-80 psi and water pressure of 10-100 psi, backflow prevention required.

It functions effectively within a liquid temperature range of 40-100˚F.

Chemical products used with this equipment must be specially formulated for this application and compatible with the unit materials and pump seals.
