Pro-Rata™ Strata Samplers

A better way to sample milk and other sanitary products in tanks. Universal samples are more representative than those taken with a dipper. This sanitary stainless steel instrument collects a measured column of milk at a rate of about 4 cc per inch of sampler depth. The 60" model, typically used with tankers, will take an 8-oz sample. This easy to use sampler includes brushes, a stainless steel sanitizing case, and complete instructions. FDA has found the Pro-Rata Strata Sampler to comply with the construction criteria of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance.
